We share Customer Information among GSLC affiliates in accordance with our strict security standards and confidentiality policies, and applicable laws. We may disclose your Customer Information to third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.  We may use your Customer Information and other information for marketing and administrative purposes.  Accordingly, you, your cosigner or your references may be contacted for marketing purposes by GSLC, the Lender or other third-party vendors.

We also may share Customer Information with non-affiliated business partners with whom we have agreements to help obtain loans on behalf of our customers, and with other non-affiliated third parties necessary to effect, administer, enforce, and otherwise relevant to your transaction. We may also provide Customer Information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law.

Specifically, at your direction (when you click the submit button after completing the on line application), the Customer Information you provide to us on the application will be sent to participating lenders who offer loan products, other parties relevant to your transaction and/or participating universities and colleges. As the lenders and universities may keep and use your Customer Information whether or not you qualify for a loan with them or use their services, we recommend that if you want to know more, you contact them directly for Customer Information about their specific privacy policies.

We may sell or buy other businesses or assets. In such transactions, Customer Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that GSLC, is acquired, becomes insolvent or substantially all of its assets are acquired, Customer Information will of course be one of the transferred assets. In addition, in the unlikely event of bankruptcy GSLC may disclose Customer Information to any creditor that has rights.

Please be aware that other sites and third party content, such as banner advertisements that may be accessed through our Site may collect personally identifiable information about you.
